I'm going to take a wild guess here. There are some people who you like to do business with, over and over and they all have that one thing in common. And that one thing? Well it's somewhat elusive, probably cannot be taught, isn't in any textbook and there's no Netflix special on how to get it (note to self : Netflix pitch). And here's the kicker - practically everyone wants it.


There are some people who everyone just seems to get on with. They come across as being genuine, warm, friendly people but there's also that certain quality, that can't-quite-put-my-finger-on-it quality that suggests they're more than the sum of their parts. They're people we want to do business with because they're the same person we want to have a coffee with. No heirs or graces, just people's people.
